0 Absent from lesson

1 - Prestructural Present but showed no effort and enthusiasm when
acting

2 - Unistructural Present but showed limited effort and enthusiasm
when acting

3 - Multistructural Generally cooperative and positive, but did not often
physically try my hardest when practicing in the
group
Followed instructions from the teacher and others in my group
Did not try my hardest

4 - Relational Worked and tried hard throughout the lesson, showing
good, consistent levels of effort
Trying my best

5 - Extended Abstract Showed excellent levels of effort by trying hard and
never giving in
Actively encouraging others to get involved
